Joining the Players Club
It’s easy to protect your winnings with Players Club. Just join online here or visit your NSW Lotteries agency and complete an application form. Submit your application, together with the annual fee ($3.30), and a temporary Players Club card will be issued which can be used straight away.
Please ensure that your application is made in a single name only, as multiple names, business, or social club names are not accepted. Your Players Club card will be mailed to you within three weeks.
Email Results Service
If you would like to keep up to date about NSW Lotteries games, register your email address with us. Game results and special promotional offers will be sent to you. To join the Email Result Service click here
Claiming Your Prizes
For major prizes $20,000 and above a prize claim form will be mailed to you, and must be returned with the winning ticket before payment can be made. Prizes over $1,000 and less than $20,000 will be automatically posted to you two weeks after the draw. All other unclaimed prizes will be posted to you eight weeks after the draw.
Renewing Your Players Club Membership
Your membership can be renewed each year for a small annual fee. Don’t throw your card away as you can continue to use the same card each time it’s renewed. Your NSW Lotteries agent will advise you when the card is due for renewal. After six years we will automatically send you a new card.
